Welcome to Tasty Tuesday! I started doing Tasty Tuesday as a way to feature recipes that I have recently cooked. I will never post something that I haven't tried because I like to share good, honest recipes.
This week I thought I'd share the easiest shrimp recipe I know, Spicy Lime Grilled Shrimp. This entree makes a great summertime dish, but is also a nice treat in the wintertime.

So here's what you'll need...3 tablespoons cajun seasoning
1 lime, juiced
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 pound peeled & deveined medium shrimp
And here's what you do...
1. In a Ziploc bag, mix together the cajun seasoning, lime juice, and vegetable oil. Add the shrimp to the bag and coat with marinade. Squeeze out excess air and seal the bag. Marinate in refrigerator for 20 minutes.
2. Preheat grill, lightly oil the grate. (I've also cooked this on a Foreman grill before--does great!). Remove shrimp from marinade and shake off excess. Discard remaining marinade.
3. Grill shrimp until they are bright pink on the outside and the meat is no longer transparent in the center. About 2 minutes per side.
Great with a side of fries and corn on the cob!
Enjoy!
(Note: If you have any questions about the recipe listed above, give me a shout! Or if you'd like to link up, feel free to do so--I'd love to see your recipes!)
